How to Apply

Applying couldn't be easier.

If you have been selling your babies and/or clothing and accessories on eBay, you need to join the forum and post 10 positive feedbacks from your customers, please include their eBay ID or email address.

If you do not sell on ebay, provide us with email addresses of your customers so that our Administrators can contact them for a testimonial.

They will not all be contacted, just a few at random.

We then need 10 good photographs of your work.

When submitting your photographs for the Award could you please make sure that your pictures meet the requirements below.

Photograph size preferably 1024x768 but not below 800x600©.

1 pic must be a close up of the hands and nails©.
1 pic must be a close up of the feet©.
1 pic a close up of the eyes for awake babies, eyelashes for sleeping babies©.
3 pics of the head one from each side and one front view©.
2 pics of the rooting of which one must be a detailed close up©.
2 pics of the overall doll©.

These photographs should be posted on the forum under the 'Photo Applications' thread.

When the Administrators have received testimonials, and the 12 members of the judging panel have made a decision on the photographs, we will let you know if your application has been successful.

You will then receive a logo with your nursery name to display on your listings.
